Las Olas & Downtown

Las Olas & Downtown Fort Lauderdale

Sand. Sun. Beach.

The Isles of Las Olas are comprised of several peninsulas branching off of Las Olas Boulevard. Each Isle extends north or south like fingers. Between each Isle, boats of different sizes line private docks with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.  This is a neighborhood for boaters.

Downtown Fort Lauderdale, a 15 minute walk west from the Isles of Las Olas, is a neighborhood of many hats. The most metropolitan portion of Fort Lauderdale, the downtown area is the hub where food, shopping, entertainment, education, business, and philanthropy join. It’s no wonder that the local slogan is “Live. Work. Play.”

The area generally consists of high-rise condos and apartments and is constantly developing. As you move to the outskirts of the locale, the streets are speckled with smaller businesses like solo practitioner law firms, private practice doctors’ offices, restaurants’ etc.

A vibrant community with a diverse population makes these neighborhoods excellent locations for virtually anyone – retirees, families, young business professionals, entrepreneurs, culture buffs, etc. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is located at the heart of Greater Fort Lauderdale boarding the iconic New River and Riverwalk on both the north and south sides.

Condos in these neighborhoods have a value between $79,900 and $4,482,000 while homes are between $669,000 and $13,5000.
